Targeted Session: a focused consultation on a specific challenge or goal. We help clarify objectives, address pain points, and outline a clear action plan.
System Design Consultation: a deeper collaboration where our architects co-design your tech stack, data flows, and roadmap. You’ll receive a detailed System Blueprint document that’s yours to keep—whether you continue with Lucid or any other team.

Success follows our four-stage framework:
① Diagnosis → ② Design → ③ Delivery → ④ Deployment. Each sprint ends with client sign-off. Each sprint ends with client sign-off.

Guarantee: if we miss an agreed KPI or deadline due solely to our team, we’ll compensate you appropriately (details in the contract).

Every contract includes 30–90 days of post-launch support on top of an automatic warranty that covers any defects we’re responsible for. We also run quarterly audits and give you lifetime access to our knowledge base. Training is flexible: live Zoom, recorded walkthroughes, or on-site workshops in Kuwait (EN/AR). Need more? You can extend support or add an SLA for priority response.
